We are very pleased to announce that MYRA, short film written and starring our represented actress CAROLINE BURNS COOKE, who is currently still touring the nation with the first stage adaptation of the hit TV sitcom BIRDS OF A FEATHER, will be screening in London, as part of the East End Film Festival 2012, at the Genesis Cinema on 4th July, 7.00 pm.
The short has been selected for the ‘Well, this is Awkward’ category of the festival.

MYRA has been adapted for the screen by Dan Smyth and Caroline Burns Cooke from Caroline’s award winning stage piece Suffer Little Children. It is a monologue about child-killer, Myra Hindley, inspired by an article written by Myra in the Guardian in 1995.
